We rebuilt the Compass website with a stronger focus on usability, conversion flow, and patient engagement, creating a cleaner and more approachable experience across both desktop and mobile. From there, the partnership expanded into paid advertising, email marketing, editorial content, video production, social media strategy, and ongoing digital asset management.
A major focus throughout the project was creating consistency. Messaging, visuals, and content strategy were all refined to better position Compass as a credible and trusted presence in the recovery space while helping humanize the brand across every platform.

At the same time, analytics, call tracking, and campaign reporting allowed us to continually refine performance and improve lead quality over time. Rather than relying on disconnected marketing efforts, the strategy became a more unified system designed to support long-term growth and stronger visibility in a highly competitive industry.
