Roof Masters of Arizona came to Verum at the very beginning.
The LLC had only been formed weeks before. There was no website, no brand system, no project library, no case studies, and very little for a potential customer to review online. Their project managers were already preparing to build trust in the real world, but they needed somewhere credible to send people after those conversations.
The first challenge was the name. The original name was not going to serve the company long term, so we helped develop a stronger name with better organic search and AI search potential. Roof Masters of Arizona gave the company a clearer identity, stronger local relevance, and a more ownable position in the market.
Creating a Brand With Immediate Confidence
This was a startup, but it could not afford to look like one.
Insurance-based roofing is competitive, and customers need to feel comfortable quickly. The brand had to feel professional, local, capable, and trustworthy before the company had years of public-facing proof.
We built the brand, narrative, and online foundation around that goal. The positioning moved them away from looking like another new roofing company and closer to a top-tier provider serving more affluent areas of town.
The website gave the company a polished digital home where customers could understand the offer, verify the brand, and take the next step. We also launched the key online pillars around it, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
Building the System Around the Sales Team
The work was not just about looking good online. It had to support the people representing the company in the field.
We created logo files and brand assets that could be used for shirts, vehicle wraps, business cards, and other real-world sales materials. We also designed business card layouts to help project managers present the company professionally during face-to-face conversations.
On the backend, we connected website forms into their CRM with automations for follow-up and marketing. That gave Roof Masters a cleaner system for handling new opportunities as they started to build traction.
