The Decker Group came to Verum with the kind of experience that does not need exaggeration.
Erica Decker had spent more than 20 years in Arizona real estate, serving mid-range and luxury residential clients, as well as commercial real estate clients. She was an Arizona native with deep market knowledge, strong relationships, and a reputation built through years of showing up for clients.
What she needed was a digital presence that finally matched that reputation.
There was no website. The online footprint was limited. The brand had never been shaped into a real narrative voice. Erica knew it was time to show up better online, but she did not have time for a slow, overcomplicated process.
So we helped turn experience, instinct, and a few loose ideas into a modern real estate platform that felt true to how she works.
Translating the reputation into a brand
The project started with very little concrete direction but enough trust to move forward.
We rebuilt her old low-resolution logo into a clean vector brand asset and helped shape the tone, story, and content around her actual client experience. The goal was not to make her sound like every other agent in Arizona. It was to create something more grounded, more personal, and more credible.
Writing the content from scratch was one of the biggest parts of the work. We had to bring her voice forward without over-polishing it, and explain her value without turning the site into generic real estate copy.
Then we built the website.
The site launched in under six weeks with fast performance, strong optimization, and a structure built to compete with much larger real estate websites. It gave The Decker Group a polished digital home, a better place to send clients, and a stronger foundation for search visibility and future AI discovery.
The details that made it work
The site also needed the kind of functionality people expect from a serious real estate presence.
We integrated property search with a custom configuration around the exclusive neighborhoods Erica wanted to represent. We added a mortgage calculator to make the site more useful for buyers and prospects researching the market.
We also migrated her long-standing email and inbox into a branded email under her own domain. It was a small but important move. Every detail needed to make the brand feel more established, more intentional, and easier to trust.
