FendElegance came to Verum with a product that already belonged in the luxury yachting world.
They create elite fender covers for high-end yachts, with the durability, soft-touch texture, and hull protection that serious boat owners care about. The product was strong. The brand had real upscale potential. But the digital experience was not telling that story clearly enough.
Their existing e-commerce site was outdated, slow, and difficult to shop on. The content did not reflect the product's quality. The brand voice was unclear. There was little tracking in place to understand performance, and the strategy was not converting at the level the company deserved.

Rebuilding the e-commerce experience
We built the new website from the ground up with a stronger e-commerce experience, cleaner structure, better product presentation, and a more intentional path to purchase.
The old site made buying harder than it needed to be. The new site was designed to make purchasing easier, clearer, and more natural for yacht owners, captains, and buyers researching premium fender covers.
We also built the site with future marketing in mind. SEO, GEO, content, PPC, email, social storytelling, and campaign-to-revenue tracking all needed a stronger digital home to work from.
Building the growth ecosystem
The site launch was the first major step, not the finish line.
From there, the strategy moved into full-scale marketing, including paid search, email campaigns, social media, search visibility, brand storytelling, and performance tracking. The goal is to connect traffic, campaigns, customer behavior, and revenue so the company can scale with more clarity.
