Building a behavioral health brand people could trust
Scottsdale Providence came to us in 2016 with a vision to build a luxury behavioral health and addiction treatment facility in Arizona. At the time, there was no brand, no website, and no digital presence behind the company yet. What they did have was a strong point of view about the kind of treatment experience they wanted to create and a real commitment to doing it differently.
We started by building the foundation. Branding, messaging, website development, and early digital strategy were all created to position Scottsdale Providence as a more elevated and human presence in a crowded treatment marketplace. The goal was never to feel overly clinical or corporate. It needed to feel trusted, compassionate, and premium while still approachable.
Expanding the brand alongside the company
As the company grew, our partnership expanded alongside it. Over the years, we worked together across SEO, paid advertising, editorial content, video production, social media, email marketing, signage, and ongoing brand development. Every piece was designed to support long-term growth while helping Scottsdale Providence build credibility in a highly sensitive and competitive industry.
